Delivery and payment

How to receive your order and how to pay for it.

Pickup

You can collect your order at the store, free of charge. Address: 7 Apreliya street, 156a/1. Opening hours: Daily, 10:00–22:00. Come once the manager has confirmed the order.

Delivery in Bishkek

From 250 KGS. The manager will confirm the exact cost and time when confirming the order.

Delivery to regions of Kyrgyzstan

From 450 KGS. The manager will agree the cost, timing and carrier with you when confirming the order.

Payment

  • Cash on receipt.
  • Bank card or QR on receipt.
  • Installments through partner banks — see the “Installments” section on the home page.

The delivery cost is not included in the order total on the site — it is added after the manager confirms it.

How an order works

  1. You place an order on the site.
  2. A manager calls, confirms the order and sets the goods aside. The manager will tell you by phone how long they are held for you.
  3. You collect the order at the store or receive it by delivery and pay on receipt.
