Warranty and returns

The warranty follows the manufacturer's terms. The warranty period is shown on the product page when known; otherwise the manager will clarify it.

The manager will explain the warranty terms for used equipment when you order. The condition and defects of each unit are described on the product page.

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the consumer protection law of the Kyrgyz Republic. Ask the manager about the procedure and deadlines in your case.

Keep the receipt and packaging until you are sure the product suits you.
