How do I buy in instalments?
Right in the store — via MPlus from MBank, Payda! from Optima Bank or ZERO from ABank, at 0% with no overpayment. MPlus: 3 to 12 months, limit from 2,000 to 100,000 som, no income certificates or guarantors, the limit is opened in the MBank app. Payda!: up to 6 months, limit from 5,000 to 100,000 som, arranged in the Optima24 app. ZERO: up to 12 months, no down payment, limit up to 200,000 som, arranged in the ZERO app. The bank approves the limit on its own terms.
Do you buy used tech?
Yes: laptops, computers, components, monitors, peripherals and iPhones. We can come to you or send a courier; payment on the spot or as agreed.
Can I trade in my old device towards a new one?
Yes: its value goes towards your purchase, and the difference can be paid upfront or in instalments.
How much does a repair cost?
It depends on complexity and related work — we quote the exact price after diagnostics. A technician can come to you.
Can you bring in a model that's out of stock?
Yes. Send us the model and specs — we calculate the price and timing, order it from the supplier and track delivery to Bishkek.
